1. Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground (2–5 business days). For pre-orders, items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse — the ETA is clearly stated on each product page.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently prioritize US domestic shipping to ensure fast delivery and lower costs. Please contact us before ordering from outside the US.


2. Pre-Order

Q: What does pre-order mean?
A: Pre-order means you reserve upcoming releases in advance. This guarantees your item when it becomes available — no risk of it being sold out.

Q: When will my pre-order arrive?
A: The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is listed on each product page. Typically, items arrive within 4–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s release schedule.

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund for a pre-order?
A: NO. All pre-orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELLABLE once payment is made.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. By placing a pre-order, you agree to our strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy.

Q: What if the manufacturer delays or changes the design?
A: We will notify you immediately if there are any updates. In case of color or decal changes, please note that images are for reference only and final products may vary.

Important: At checkout, you will be required to tick a box confirming “I agree to the Pre-Order Policy” before payment is processed.


3. Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) and PayPal for US customers.

Q: Can I pay upon delivery?
A: No. All pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout to secure your reservation.

Q: Are taxes and shipping included in the price?
A: Product prices do not include sales tax (if applicable) or shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.
